1.The service
getmyfund helps founders write pitch decks, build financial models, get their materials reviewed by AI and by independent experts, and export application-ready documents for grants, accelerators and investors. We continuously improve the Service and may add, change or retire features; we will not remove core paid functionality mid-subscription without a fair remedy.
2.Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; you can invite teammates into your organization instead of sharing logins.
3.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy;
- upload malware, or probe, scan or attempt to breach the Service;
- scrape, resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us;
- abuse AI features — for example, bulk generation unrelated to your own fundraising;
- upload content you have no right to share.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section (see Termination).
4.Your content & ownership
You keep full ownership of your pitch decks, uploaded files and financial models. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process and display this content solely to operate and provide the Service — including sending relevant text to our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for the short backup window described in the Privacy Policy.
5.Expert reviews
An expert review is a one-time purchase for a specific deck. The independent experts who review it access your deck under confidentiality obligations and may not use or share it outside the review. Their scores and comments are structured professional opinions — they are not a guarantee of any funding outcome, an offer of investment, or professional advice.
6.AI outputs
AI-generated text, scores and suggestions exist to help you improve your materials. They are suggestions, not professional, legal, financial or investment advice, and they can contain errors. Review everything before submitting it to a funder — you are responsible for the final content you submit.
7.Plans, billing & refunds
- Free — 1 pitch deck, AI draft help and watermarked PDF export. Free forever.
- Pro — a subscription billed monthly ($19/mo) or annually ($180/yr, i.e. $15/mo). It renews automatically until cancelled; cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Expert review — a one-time purchase per deck: $149, or $99 with an active Pro subscription.
Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, and Paddle’s checkout terms apply to each purchase. Refund requests are handled through Paddle in line with our refund policy, including a 7-day money-back window on a first Pro purchase. If prices change, we give advance notice — a change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
8.No funding guarantee
The Service improves your materials and your process — but we make no promise or warranty that any grant, fund, accelerator or investor will accept, shortlist or fund you. Funding decisions belong to funders alone, and match scores are estimates, not commitments.
9.Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work hard on reliability but do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or €50 if you have paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost funding opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11.Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time — account deletion is one click in settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. After termination your content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of registration, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator’s place of registration — except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we give at least 14 days’ notice in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
